Cancellation / Refund Policy: If you must reschedule a course, we will be happy to do so, just call us.  You may reschedule a course at Master Train up to twice with no penalty.  After that, it is a $25.00 fee each additional time you reschedule.  You may withdraw from a course up to 5 days prior and receive a refund less a $25.00 administrative fee.  There will be no refunds made for cancellations made within 5 days of the course, or for “no call/ no shows” on the day of class.  Substitutions are cheerfully allowed.
